Suhum District Hosted A Pilot Service Today

The District Held A Sample Service Today At The Ayebronmu Church.

As part of the resumption of church services since the Covid-19 outbreak, the District held a sample service to educate her Churches and their members on the new protocols laid down by the government. The service which was attended by the current elders in all churches in the District with their secretaries took place at the Ayebronmu Church.

Members were led through all the protocols given by the government such as washing of hands, wearing of nose mask, checking of temperatures, and logging of all members details before they were allowed to enter the church building.

The service began with Sabbath School which was hosted by Elder Nana Agyei and lesson taught by Elder Elvis Osei Ayison. The Sabbath school was followed by intercessory prayer by Elder Samuel Pimpong, the Divine Service was held with a prayer by Elder Emmanuel Ampong, Tithe and Offering by Elder Samuel Appiah and Sermon by Pastor Michael Birikorang Baidoo.

The Service was held in the one hour given time and came to an end at exactly 10:30am followed by the distribution of fumigation certificates to Churches in the District.
